    OLANREWAJU OLAKUNLE (Nezer Olan)

    Our Lead Counsel, Olakunle Olanrewaju had his first degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he graduated with a 2nd class upper division (LLB Hons). Subsequently he proceeded to the Nigeria Law School where he also finished with a 2nd class upper division (BL Hons), and later obtained a (LLM) Masters in law from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. Olakunle has many years of active experience in criminal, real estate, corporate and commercial litigation. He also possesses incredible experience in real estate transactions. He is the brain behind the Lagos State Real Estate Litigation Electronic System (www.lagoslispendens.com.ng ) a platform where users can confirm if any property within Lagos State is subject of a pending Court case. He has also legal publications and write-ups cutting across various aspects of law in Nigeria to his credit. He has handled many litigation (privately and in a team) up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Olakunle has appeared in every level of Court in Nigeria, Customary Court, Magistrate Court, High Court, National Industrial Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

    As a private counsel representing Lagos State (As legal adviser to the Attorney General of Lagos State), he successfully argued many constitutional matters before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal including the LAGOS STATE WATERWAYS AUTHORITY, AG OF LAGOS STATE V THE INCORPORATED TRUSTEES OF ASSOCIATION OF TOURIST BOAT OPERATORS, NATIONAL INLAND WATERWAYS AUTHORITY & ORS.

    MARYAM MURITALA

    Heads the Immigrations and Probate Department of the Firm. Kemi holds a Bachelor at Law degree from the University of Ilorin, LLB, and an LLM from the same university. She was formerly a Senior Research Associate at Grace Info Tech Limited makers of Law Pavilion online law report . She is an expert in Immigration Law, Probate Law, Employment Law, Human Resources Law, Family Law.

    OLATUNJI, OLUGBENGA AJANI

    Olugbenga heads the Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice department of Bluefield Attorneys. In 2007 Olugbenga graduated as the Best Graduating (Male) Student (Second Overall), University of Ibadan, Ibadan, with a Bachelor of Laws, (LL.B) degree. He later proceeded to the Cambridge University, UK, where he bagged a Masters of Law, LLM in 2010. In 2013, Olugbenga obtained a Masters in Intellectual Property (MIP) from the Africa University, Zimbabwe. He also finished as the Best Graduating Student, Masters in Intellectual Property (5th Cohorts), Africa. His awards also include the WIPO/ARIPO/AU Scholarship to study for Masters in Intellectual Property at Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe.

    He previously worked as Counsel in the Law firm of Wahab Egbewole & Co., NIMAH House. Olugbenga’s penchant and versatility in Intellectual Property is unmistakable.     OMOSELE, FELIX OLUDARE

    Felix Oludare OMOSELE is a Legal practitioner and researcher with a passion for analyzing the impact of technology on civil evidence & elections.

    The pace of technological advancement continues to pose peculiar challenges for the development of legal rules. Be it in the area of commerce, intellectual property, procedural law and the like, the law has been made to play catch-up to evolving technologies.

    Felix Oludare OMOSELE is a practitioner who believes litigation rests upon a thorough understanding of its theoretical underpinnings. Therefore, he advises the Firm on the need for emerging evidential changes- brought about by technology- to be correctly situate within their context for the benefits of our numerous clients.

    This is a passion that has enveloped him since he wrote his undergraduate long essay on the "Legal Challenges of Modern Storage Facilities on Copyright Infringement in Nigeria". He has given lectures on the legal impact of technologically induced mode of acceptance in commercial transactions. The lecture presented at a Conference in Germany was titled ""Language of the Service Industry: Legal Implications of pressing the 'Yes' button"
    At present, he is researching into the implications of computer generated evidence for the body of electoral laws.

  • OMOTOSO AFOLAKE

    Folake graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife where she obtained a LL.B (Hons)in 2011. She thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. In 2016, she bagged a LL.M degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

    She started her Law practice at the Ministry of Justice, Ibadan, Oyo State, where she served in different departments within the Ministry thereby gaining insight into diverse areas of law. She was an active member of the research team at the Ministry. Folake has since been in active legal practice with great level of experience in Litigation, Real estate, Property law and Property management, she also has keen interest in Oil and gas law and Commercial Arbitration. She is adroit at legal research and legal drafting.

    Folake is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and she has continued to develop in emerging areasof law.

    OSIDEKO CAROLINE JADESOLA

    Jadesola obtained her LL.B(Hons) from Houdegbe North-American University,Benin Republic in 2013.In 2015,she was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.She did her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the Law firm of Adeniji Kazeem & Co. where she was exposed to many areas of law practice.

    She has previously served at the Ministry of Justice, Lagos state and in the Law firm of Abraham Adesanya & Co as an intern.

    Jadasola has great experience in Corporate Commercial transaction, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Energy and Natural Resources Law. She also has an enviable experience in Secretarial duties, Legal Research and Legal drafting. She is a team player with great analytical and communication skill.
